01 / SELECTED WORK

Built far enough
to learn something real.

Products, research tools, and technical experiments selected for depth rather than novelty.

2020Watchmaking / CAD / Fabrication

GP MK-1

At sixteen, I designed and assembled a custom quartz watch from the outside in: case geometry, water-resistance tolerances, dial, hands, crown, gaskets, and movement packaging around an ETA F06.111.

  • Fusion 360
  • HP nylon printing
  • PCB design
  • Watch assembly

The dial became a sub-0.6 mm custom circuit board, with hand-soldered SMD resistors serving as hour markers.

ABLA

Automated Bacterial Labeling Annotations uses membrane segmentation to shrink the search volume in noisy cryo-electron tomograms, helping researchers find molecular structures faster.

  • Python
  • SAM 2
  • CUDA
  • Cryo-ET
up to 75% less volume to search View source

PM Lead-Lag Engine

A decision-support system that detects when Kalshi prices lag equivalent Polymarket events, then sends signals only after matching criteria, fees, and confidence gates clear.

  • Next.js
  • Postgres
  • Cross-correlation
  • AI matching

Automated discovery every six hours, analysis every ten minutes, and explicit controls for false matches.

2026iOS / Automation

Sire

An iOS agent that translates natural language into Apple Shortcut actions while keeping credentials, billing, connectors, and tool execution behind explicit boundaries.

  • SwiftUI
  • Cloudflare Workers
  • StoreKit
  • MCP

Designed for real-device execution, streamed tool events, and a user-owned registry of automations.

LLM Vibes Radar

A living record of how leading language models rank the same questions over time, with shared evaluation criteria, consensus scoring, and visible disagreement.

  • Multi-model
  • Kendall tau
  • Time series
  • Public API

Built to turn model “vibes” into something observable, comparable, and auditable.

LTL Polygon Tool

A browser tool for turning terminal address data into accurate facility geofences, with international geocoding, hand-drawn corrections, and WKT export.

  • Mapbox
  • Geocoding
  • WKT
  • CSV pipelines

Made for non-technical coworkers processing real facilities across more than thirty countries.

Prototypes, course projects, research work, and small tools. Private builds are described without exposing their repositories.

03 / ABOUT

Physics is the through-line,
not a change of subject.

“The interesting work starts when the boundaries between disciplines stop being useful.”

I study Applied Physics at Brigham Young University. I like problems that force me to move between models and materials, theory and implementation, careful measurement and fast prototypes.

That has meant segmenting bacteria in cryo-electron tomograms, building systems that watch prediction markets, designing an iOS agent around Apple Shortcuts, and designing and assembling a custom watch from scratch.

The medium changes. The habit stays the same: take the system apart, learn its constraints, and put it back together in a more useful form.
